Because the majority of this event is spent seated, the silhouette you choose must look beautiful and remain comfortable while sitting. The classic gharara is our most popular recommendation for the nikah; its knee-flare drapes elegantly around a chair without bunching, and the heavily worked borders remain visible. Straight shirts paired with wide trousers or a beautifully draped saree are also excellent choices. The preferred color palette is overwhelmingly soft and pure—ivories, creams, soft golds, and blush pinks dominate. We focus on delicate, intricate embellishments, often utilizing fine gold sprig work, scattered pearls, and subtle gota detailing to create a look of quiet luxury.
