Zauq Boutique (“we”, “us”) runs the website at zauqboutique.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.

Who we are

Zauq Boutique is a couture atelier at 855-F / 856-F, Kinari Bazaar, Rang Mahal, Walled City, Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email — the details are on our contact page.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details you send us. When you use the custom-order form or tap an “Enquire” button, the site opens WhatsApp with the details you typed (your name, phone, and what you asked about). That message goes to our WhatsApp business number. If you attach a reference image, it is uploaded to our own server so we can view it. We only ever receive what you choose to send.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and working.
• Analytics and advertising data. If you consent to cookies, third-party services (see below) may collect anonymised usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not run user accounts, we do not take payments on this website, and we never sell your information.

Cookies
