These terms cover your use of zauqboutique.com and any order you place with Zauq Boutique. By using the site or commissioning a piece, you agree to them.

Everything is made to order

We do not sell stock garments. Each piece is cut, dyed and hand-embroidered to your measurements and your design. Photographs on this site show previous work and the style of our craft — they are a guide, not an off-the-shelf catalogue, and the piece we make for you is created new.

Prices and quotes

Because every commission is bespoke, the price depends upon the customization — the fabric, the density of embroidery and the finishing. We give you a quote for your specific design at consultation. A quote is valid for a reasonable period and may change if you change the design. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless agreed otherwise.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed once the design and quote are agreed and any advance is paid. Measurements are taken and kept on file. We will give you a realistic timeline — bridal commissions are best started 8–12 weeks ahead.

Fittings and alterations

Two fittings are included before final delivery so the piece sits correctly. Alterations needed because your requirements changed after the design was agreed may be chargeable.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan and ship worldwide. Worldwide delivery charges apply and are quoted before dispatch; any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns on bespoke work

Because each piece is made to your measurements and specification, bespoke orders cannot generally be returned or exchanged. If something is genuinely not as agreed, tell us promptly and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable law.

Colour and handwork

Fabric shades and hand embroidery vary slightly between pieces and can look different on a screen. We would rather show you fabric and work on a video call or in person than have you rely on a photograph alone.

Use of this website

The photographs, text and design on this site are our property; please do not copy or reuse them without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
